Recently, long time Wohven member David Maola passed away after a long battle with a heart condition. His story has inspired us to do things a little differently this Black Friday.

David Maola

David was born with congenital heart disease and was able to enjoy an extremely full life. He passed that joy of life to those he loved and all who met him, through his incredible sense of humor and love of music, food, family and friends. Due to David’s health issues, he could not obtain adequate life insurance to protect his family. Only days after their 5th birthdays, his two beautiful children lost their loving father, and Allison, his wife, is now their sole provider.

Limited Edition Graphic T-Shirt

Instead of a sale this Black Friday, we are releasing a limited edition graphic t-shirt designed exclusively for David and his family. 100% of profits from the sale of this shirt will be donated to a trust setup to fund the college education of David's children, John and Ellie.

For this design, we collaborated with artist Josh Maynard, who chose a lantern as the focal point of this design. Lanterns are beacons of light in the darkness and symbolize hope, guidance, and safety.

This t-shirt will be available for a limited time only from November 22 - 27, 2018.

Update: Total Funds Raised - $12,250

We just wanted to take a moment to thank everyone who purchased the Maola Kid's Benefit T-Shirt! We couldn't have done this without you.

We would love to see you with your Maola Benefit T-Shirt, so make sure to tag us in your post or story. We'll be featuring everyone who does!

If you feel like reading more about the Maola family and sharing their story, please visit the GoFundMe page.
